Some 800 employees of Enel Argentina participated in awareness-raising workshops on the importance of ethics and anti-bribery behavior, which organized the Legal and Human Resources areas.
In these three-hour meetings, our colleagues had the opportunity to compare behaviors of daily life with those of work and reflect on what are the ethical behaviors in daily tasks.
Distributing Good Practices is the name of these days, which integrate concepts established in ISO Standard 37.001 and are presented with a video trigger, and then culminate in playful activities that help internalize these behaviors.
