The EXO technology company installed 60 solar panels with which it generates the energy it consumes and injects the surplus to the distribution network of our distributor. This is the first company in the City of Buenos Aires to join the Distributed Generation regime.

Thus the first industrial client of the City was connected with a bi-directional meter. EXO is already injecting the energy produced with its solar panels from the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Parque Patricios. In this way, it contributes to the care of the environment, reduces consumption in your bill and helps balance the network at times of high demand.

Thanks to the panels of 250 watts each and 2 solar water tanks of 250 liters to supply the operation of the building, EXO is managing to reduce its network consumption considerably.

"Edesur has been working hard with the promotion of the Distributed Generation Law to connect all customers who have solar panels and are looking to reduce their consumption and at the same time be part of an active care for the environment," said Nicola Melchiotti, country ENEL Argentina manager.

“It is a great joy to be the first company in the City of Buenos Aires to generate our own energy with injection to the medium voltage network collaborating in this way with the care of the environment. We are currently producing about 2000 kWh, ”said Luis Szychowski, president of EXO.
