Uniforms are an essential part of the safety of our employees when they perform work on public roads.

Its use is mandatory for the performance of maintenance and infrastructure works, because they prevent occupational accidents.

As safety is a central axis of Edesur's labor management, the clothing complies with all current national regulations, the City of Buenos Aires, the Province of Buenos Aires and IRAM standards. Its main features are: flame retardant, anti-arc (prevents electric shocks on clothing) and use of reflective tapes to increase visibility and identification.

Ernesto López, our head of Occupational Safety, explains that “the uniforms used by our workers are tested in the Kinectrics laboratory, located in Toronto (Canada), where tests are carried out to guarantee the implementation of the highest safety standards of the industry". In fact, work clothes comply with the NFPA 70e standard, the highest international standard in fire fighting.
