Electric mobility is here to stay.
Journalists and influencers of the main local media participated in our first E-mobility Experience, in which they were able to test the first electric car that is marketed in the country, the Renault Kangoo ZE, as well as a test drive of our electric bicycles.
The activity was carried out in Enel Costanera generation, the largest thermal plant in South America, where everyone took their time to drive the car and experience the difference with a conventional car, and also the feeling of driving bikes loaded with electricity.
One of our Enel X experts, Pablo Campos, explained the characteristics of each of the vehicles, and also revealed the plan we have planned for the installation of an electric corridor in the main routes of the country.
In this way, we continue to take firm steps towards the electric mobility model, which was already implemented in Europe by the Enel Group, within the framework of being 100% carbon-free by 2050.
