Our distributor Edesur made the recently opened "Beatriz Ghirelli Training and Training Center" available to the Municipality of Ezeiza and health authorities to be used as a field hospital.

The assistant in that town, Alejandro Granados, has already sent beds and mattresses to condition the space in the event of a possible need for assistance to people infected with Coronavirus COVID-19.

At the moment, the Municipality is installing 300 beds, cleaning and disinfecting the entire property to reactivate depending on the needs of the evolution of the pandemic.

The building was recently opened and is in excellent immaculate condition.

Its location, in Tristán Suárez, makes it strategic: it has direct access to the Ezeiza-Cañuelas Highway, it is close to the Ministro Pistarini International Airport and 50 minutes from downtown Buenos Aires.

This Training and Training Center has two covered spaces. One has 328 m2 with kitchen and toilets. Others, a 1,800 m2 shed with 4 air-conditioned rooms, a spacious multipurpose room that may have health care needs. The property is equipped with WiFi Internet and has a large area that can meet the needs of the situation.

Taking care of ourselves is everyone's responsibility. Not only with the daily work of the crews, which can demonstrate their vocation of service at the moment, but also what we have for the community to face this unprecedented challenge, "emphasized Juan Carlos Blanco, president of Edesur.

“We have seen what has happened in Italy and we take that experience to act in the best possible way. That is why we are putting our best effort to do two things: identify the electric service and approach the community with all the help we can offer ”, specifically Nicola Melchiotti, Country Manager of Enel Argentina.
