My invoice has expired How do I pay?

You can pay overdue invoices from the Edesur Virtual Office. Enter and choose the option Payments and Agreements> Card Debt Balance Payment. You can also do it from the Edesur APP on your cell phone.

In case you need it, from there you can also generate a Payment Plan.

· How to obtain a copy of the invoice?

To obtain a copy of your invoice, enter the Edesur Virtual Office. In the My Invoices option you will find the download of settlements ordered by issue date, number, expiration and total to pay.
