La Bulonera del Sud S.A. It is part of our value chain and its work joins ours to continue maintaining the service. They provide us with hardware and electrification materials for overhead and underground cables.
In 1954, partners Moisés Mandelboim and Medero Publio bought La Bulonera del Sud in Sarandí, Avellaneda, but decided to keep the name. At first, they only made bolts, gate hinges, and wire shackles, and then they specialized in electrification.
Over time it became a family pyme: their children began to work. In 1991, at the age of 19, Adrián Kraus, Moisés' grandson, arrived, who had left his medical career at the University of Buenos Aires to join the company. Therefore, he began to study marketing, costs, sales, among other things.
Adrián Kraus, grandsons of the founders, today heads Bulonera del Sud.
"I realized that I was very fond of him. Since I was a child, I spent days there with my parents, I grew up in the company. In the summer, when there was no school, I spent all day until the afternoon I went to the club. After being more adolescent, I began to work a little to collect some pesos, until I was fully involved", he said.
Currently, the president of the company is Alberto Kraus (Moises's son-in-law) and Susana Mandelboim (Moises's daughter) also works there. Along with them are also Adrián, Ernesto (Medero's son), their respective families and, in addition, they employ 9 more people.
The range of products they sell is much broader than at the beginning and they provide us with many of their fittings: brackets, bolts, transformer supports, clamps, arms, spreaders, sheet metal protections for low and medium voltage, straight tilla and tilla with eyelet, anchor hooks, articulated link, among other things.
Together with the Bulonera del Sud S.A. we have been working for almost 56 years. Our value chain is represented by families committed to the development of pyme's and we are proud that they are part of it.
